A Family Dog Helped Scare Off An Alaskan Brown Bear Who Was Approaching Their Property

A Family Dog Helped Scare Off An Alaskan Brown Bear Who Was Approaching Their Property

Mark Mason

Nicholas Galanin, a famous artist in Alaska, posted an amazing video of his canine, Pretty, who bravely defended their house from a wild black bear. Pretty barked aggressively until he successfully scared the bear away.

Galanin said that the incident happened on August 15, at around 11:30 PM, in Sitka, Baranof Island, known for its large number of black bears.

Dogs are loyal animals that are ready to defend you at any time. They also love to run around and explore. If you do not train your dog, it might wander off and get lost.

This can be extremely deadly for your pet, particularly if it comes into contact with a wild animal such as a black bear. There are almost always black bears in the woods. Most dogs will never see a bear, but when they do, it’s probably a black bear.

Bears continue to be popular with some people and are a topic in many blogs and articles. Some people admire them, while others dream of owning one as a pet. But making bears pets isn’t always a good idea.

Some of these animals can be very dangerous, especially black bears. To protect your dog from encountering black bears, you should always keep a close eye on it, even when it is outside in your yard or at the dog park. Bears usually kill dogs for food and territory.

Females are also more dangerous than males. This may be because they have cubs nearby, or because they feel threatened. If you see a bear approaching your dog, you should try to distract it by throwing something at its head, such as rocks or sticks.

This should scare off most bears, but if it doesn’t, then run away as fast as possible. If you take a hike and don’t meet any scary creatures, then congratulations; you’ve just had a nice walk in the woods.
