Dogs are clingy, and they do not want their fur parents to be out of their sight. When they sense that you are leaving the house, they may run to the door to keep you from going out.
A Golden Retriever named Kobe does just that. And his attempt to keep his parents from leaving has produced some hilarious results.

Kobe doesn’t want his parents to go
In a funny clip uploaded to TikTok, you can see Kobe protesting against his parents’ decision to leave him at home. Apparently, his mom and dad have a wedding to attend.
To show his frustration, Kobe lay down in their home’s driveway. His mom, who is wearing a nice dress, has been tasked to get him back inside the house. To lure him in, she brings a delicious treat. Thankfully, the dog is intrigued by it.
The mom doesn’t realize that Kobe has a mischievous and rather opportunistic plan. When the Golden Retriever gets up and starts strolling toward the garage, he immediately grabs the treat from his fur mom’s hands and runs into the front yard.
A follow-up video shows that Kobe has already settled down with the treat while his mom crouches next to him.

Kobe’s video has earned more than 360K views as of this writing. It also has over 25K likes, around 1K shares, and 148 comments.
One commenter says that Kobe wants a wedding invite, too. Kobe’s owner replies to this comment by saying that the dog will be invited to their own wedding.
Another netizen comments that the owners should take Kobe to the wedding. She adds that the dog is going to be the star of the event.
A third TikTok user says that Kobe needs training, as he knows that he can get away with anything.
